      i think after this 220 isnt a big deal.. it was a joke.. if im paying the money in the first place for DD products im for sure going to pay for one woofer to be rebuilt..

      since you need a basket it needs rebuilt no other way around it. only way to do that is to destroy the cone. cost of recone cost of basket yep 220 is on the money after shipping.

    Ok. Looks good. I fucking hate sketchup I'm a much more pshyical learner so when I start I'll get all that in there. Also Would a double baffle be a good idea and instead of bracing top to bottom would some threaded rods front to back also work.

    im not quite sure by what you mean. i took the length of 20 then took .75 (the size of mdf) and got the 19.25 but just rounded it to 19 out of sheer laziness

    after this agonizing board of confusion I HAVE PROGRESS! all to spec but the port walls since there wasnt any dims for those i just did 19 back 19 across just to get an idea, the 19 length turns out to 37hz 4.6 net but its just an inch! any input.

    im tryin to do everything they say then it always comes out different so i tweek and it comes out worse, and its not the program its the numbers that im gettin out of it. ha im tryin to follow along here but when i put everything in and get 61hz im gonna start playin with numbers and for 412 cvx i know he posted all the ports area and shit but links are broke so its sorta hard to work with it when i cant even see em

    ok so i went on the DD site and did all the calculations my self and this is what i got, 4.6 cubes or air space 3.8 net which idk what happened there and 60 port area, i used every single dimension given to me and still came out under by margins so im guessing its the drivers and my trunk or my shitty math but its still not coming out perfect like everyone keeps implying that it should.

    it shouldnt make a huge difference? that 3 tell the calc how many sides of the box the port touchces, so yes it makes a difference. ok well im done for now. i need some time away from a calculator and this damn program. thanks for the help it is appreciated this shit is just frustrating

    im pretty much there but its the damn tuning thats horse shit. the size to port area is right off the DD site.

    ok thats cool if a fifth grader could? im not saying its the program im saying the multiple people either saying 36-40 hz tuned or more port area or this or that and this. I also can fit alot more than 6 cubes in there but its the face that a box tuned to 51hz and 80in^2 port area isnt what im looking for. and im not pissy so dont make assumptions. pissy and frustrationare 2 different things.

    lol u mad? just use torres. it takes me like 45 seconds to 2 minutes to make a box to general recommended specs. ok thats cool? am i you? nope. and its pretty hard for me to do that when the recommended box specs exceed some of the trunk measurements. so thanks for your concern.

    this is bull shit. no calculator is accuarte iv tried 3 of them the RE torres and one more and each one different and used the same numbers on each one. im done with this fucking box.

    Ok went back and changed some stuff and gonna go with an L Port I can't get a pic cuz im on my phone but here's the numbers 40w x 15h x 22d 8in port width 7in port length 4.6 ft^3 34.4 hz and 81in port area. How are these compared to the others
