  1. But yeah you are right it would have looked much better if i could have used the router for the bottom part..
  2. i used the same tool it just wouldnt fit with this certain bit on it so i had to free hand it.. it pissed me off but that hole wont be seen with the sub in it. But i wish the router bit would have worked with that top baffle on but it did not..
  3. build for 4 15" fi ssd subs, this build turned out pretty nice and this is not done i just took the top off and all bracing out because of miscommunication with the buyer he wants the 4 subs over the port not away.
  4. yeah there really is not "steve meade port" haha but he loves it so it will work.. there is so much i would love to change but this is EXACTLY what he wants he said.. so i guess he gets what he wants im still gettin paid!!

  6. Yeah, the only reason i didnt start yesterday was because i had no feeling in my finger! lol that nail gun hurt so gad damn bad,,
  7. haha yeah thats what he wanted all i did was build... dont really like the design but if he wants it thats what he gets haha..
  8. alright, so I had a guy come to me with sort of a funky design for a box.. He saw the box i made for the 4 15" american bass HD subs and loved the "steve meade" port. So he wanted it for his L7s and i said sure. But as the conversation went on he said he wants to subs facing the back and 2 facing the seats and still wants that port on the top... I did not know what to do and didnt even know if this would sound good.. but to make him happy i just did as he told me to do and here is what she looks like.. still do not know how it will sound kind of excited to see how it sounds! In this picture idk if you can see it or not but the nail sticking out, that nail went through my finger when it came out. I had the wrong sized nail in the gun and it took a nasty turn out and through the bottom of my finger and out the side.. Inside caulk on the port. And this is kind of random but the guys shop I work at has a Elk antler part of it because he is an Elk farmer, so this is what i had to move to use the table saw!!
  9. i tell ya what i would not have the balls to cut up a lex like that! But this ride is just sweet as hell.. cant wait to see it done!
