Joe x was awesome enough to give me plans for the first box which im leaning towards and was going to build before i talked to my buddy lol. he said that i would gain 3 db for putting the subs back in the same chamber and port back. if i would have just kept my mouth shut and just built the box joe x gave me i wouldnt be in this problem lol. well let me know what you guys think thanks homies box idea #1 thanks to: joe x Here is a suggestion 1.5 cubes per chamber: Enclosure Specifications: Fb = 35 Hz Vb = 3 ft^3 External Height = 17 in External Width = 33 in External Depth = 18 in Port Width = 3 1/4 in Cut Sheet List: * All Dimensions in Inches. * Wood Thickness is 3/4 for all Parts. yeah you need to weld it. or 3m has a panel patch glue that you could use to glue a piece of sheet metal bigger then the crack (after you drill holes at the end of each crack to prevent them from getting bigger) try the 3m glue i am in collision repair and ive used it a couple times and it is strong a shit lol. its literally used if you dont want to weld something its supposed to be just ass strong im pretty sure
