      So for example a 100rms tweeter that is 92 dB sensitivity Is quieter then a 94 db sensitive tweeter or our there more factors into what makes one louder then another

      Depends, you have to remember sensitivity is the dB level measured with 1 watt at 1 meter. So one might be louder with 1 watt, but know knows with 100w.

      Also mounting location may play in effect as well. You may not get the 94db tweeter louder if you run it off-axis vs it being ran on-axis like suggested. Also 2 db is not negligible really anyway.
