i agree! but parents need to do that job not the teacher.. i know of a lot of people that let the kids do whatever and they are bad!! but thats what i call a bad parenting. im not perfect but i have never had someone look at my kids and say wow look at how bad they are acting lol. i do often get compliments on how good my kids are

i guess if the parents sign a consent form then more power. but im not giving NOBODY permission to lay a finger on my kids. not even family. i tell them its fine for a time out or a sit down and talk but if you lay a hand on my kid right or wrong be ready for me to lay a hand on you.but in that article they say "Researchers have found that spanking can increase aggressiveness in children and can even hurt the mental development of young children." so why would this be ok to do in schools. kind of strange imo
