    does it have a power antenna wire and a remote wire on the H/U?sounds to me like you have it hooked to the power antenna wire.cause it works when you have the radio on,but cuts off on the cd.when you switch sources it cuts the power off to the antenna.i bet if you check,thats what it is.

    it plugs in to the factory harness.it is also color coded and tells you what wires go where. you have to tell them what car its for though.

    whats the price range on those?i have looked at them,but i figured they would be to exspensive. plus the mounting depth is like 10" or so.
