  1. Shouldn't you use R. Small's formula : Sv = .02 x Fb x Vd Vd = Xmaxx (stated in inches) x Sd
  2. I don't think they'll go all thway but can I get a jack and coke
  3. Hey ERnesto did you seee this http://forum.realmofexcursion.com/showthre...0514#post180514
  4. I would only trust Audiocontrol.. Alot of companies make linedrivers but you have to be carefull about how clean they are. You don't wan to add noise with a dirty linedriver.
  5. the statement is accurate if your point is he has 29k watts supplied by his batteries/alternator.
  6. GOOD GOD!!!!!!!! AT the end of the vid tehy say 100 volts at 50 amps..... DAMN THATS ALOT CAN"T WAITE TO GET MINE :^ I've heard since then that the soft parts beat themselves up but the coil was fine and you probably wouldn't have that prob with 15's or 18's.....In theory Meade could double his power
  7. but what if he hasn't tried those things and they work for him? it's worked for others
  8. put off using more caps....the probelm now is your stock electrical...if your having that big of a voltage drop to cause your amp to shut down and it's only 1200w rms, somehting is wrong....have your battery/alternator checked.....run 0/1 gauge to your amp, bigger fuse once you go 0/1 gauge and big three. You need to fix this before you add another amp
  9. yep, your right I re-read it and oh....that little mistake. Their are a few mulitchannel class d amps
  10. yeah yeah but a bd amp is only Rockford Fosgate (patent) and only mono
  11. he may or may not bow his alternator. it matters on what the stock one is. I agree he needs 0/1 gauge immediatley plus 150 amp fuse and doing the big three will definatley help - icemann these are your first concerns and can be done for 200 bucks
  12. that was 10,000 watts. two 5000 watt amps strapped
  13. yeah like geo said switch to 0/1 gauge. plus move up to a 150 amp fuse with one amp (250 with two) and do the big three... then upgrade your stock battery....what is your curent alternator rated @? how old is your stock battery?
  14. how tight does your deck fit? use the same ideas used to keep other things from vibrating..make sure the cage is super tight, secure it in back. I've used plumbers tape on the back and sides secured to whatever was close by. Add dynamat to the console. You can make it stop just be creative
  15. the parcel shelf is higher then the bottom of the windows....and I'm using the '06 ISACA rules as a gudieline
