We have a law here in hawaii called RECON... Any time something is modified on the car, it must be inspected and approved (you must pay for the inspection). When you get inspected you recieve a sticker that shows that the modifications were approved, but if you get caught driving with modifications that are not approved there are fines.. So how dumb is this law... You need recon if you move your license plate from the stock location (like move it up 2 inches for whatever reason)... Adding RIMS to your car requires recon.. Adding 4x4 tires require recon... to sum it up you need PERMISSION to modify your car in ANY WAY shape or form PERIOD.. what the fuck!? damn that sucks id move somewhere else like... canada or mexico where theres no laws. If they pass this law, which they shouldnt, theres guna be a fuck load of people pissed off. a fuck load.

I started getting deadener and stuff for my car and I don't even have a system yet. my goal is to have zero rattles and not be heard more than 100ft away or so. if people had to make their cars keep sound in would help stimulate economy and lets people enjoy their music with out interrupting other peoples day wait.....so all the shit you give people on this forum and you dont even have a system?
