The first time it could possibly have been our faults by going full tilt right away. However this time they have only been in since friday and ive been slowly turning the gain up . Finally today the gain on both amps is set to half way. and this shit happens again. The shop said that it could be a faulty batch of subs from soundstream. I emailed soundstream multiple times and get no answer. For everyone who will ask this question. Equipment is 2 ss splx 15 on 2 ss tx1.1300. why is this happening? Bocaj Posted February 9, 2011 Report Share Posted February 9, 2011 I'm guessing that you didn't use a scope to set your gains so just because the gain is "set to half way" doesn't mean that you aren't clipping the subs.
