I guess it saves wire internally since the sub connection will be right at the baffle instead of on the back of the box... There's no excuse for this not to be playing in ATLEAST 2 days... I like to be able to see them and having access to them is nice too. Btw, the sides are grey carpet. Thats why it is standing on its side and the sub is weighing down a laminated piece of wood. It will be playing in at least 2 days, prolly more though. (you meant at most ) And my excuse? I have 50ft of 2/0 on the way, need to re run the pos and neg from front to back so i actually have enough 1/0 to power the amp.
