tejcurrent
Derrick on here has 2 18" BLs with a rf 1000.1 each. At the last show he did 147.9 with no tuning on the boxes- and at a pretty low freq. Best thing to me is how great they sound doing that too. Would a btl be louder? Maybe with more power, but unless you want to drop a ton into your electrical I think they'd be a great choice. jokanate88
Oh so these woofers are really loud inside a sealed trunk even though its ported? Quote ACT YOUR AGE AND NOT YOUR SHOE SIZE
Derrick824
I love my Bl 18s. They get very loud. A 147.9 ain't no joke, especially for a street setup off of two 1000watt amps.

Derrick824
I like to compete which means keeping plenty of power on tap.
thegr8cody
power on tap? im just saying all your wire is brown Quote 1998 gmc sierra h/u:eclipse cd3200 sub:dd9518g d1.5 amp:jl e300/4 sub amp:dd m2a front stage:id ctx65cs dc power 270 alt lots of kicker 1/
tejcurrent
power on tap? im just saying all your wire is brown ? It's black. It's RF wire with translucent insulation- the black negative/ground wire, not burnt up lol. His setup really moves some air on those low notes, and just sounds great doing it. I was amazed at the way it sounded, especially off 2k watts (though those amps are underrated). Quote tejcurrent XS Power T3
