alpine pdx 600.1 for some vette rims

Recommended Posts

ok so a buddy of mine offered to trade me a set of rims off of a 2004 corvette z06 for my alpine pdx 600.1 amp. one wheel is cracked but can be fixed. my problem is i want to sell the amp. so which could i get the most money from? p.s. need the money for my new amp, audioque AQ2200D Amplifier. any thoughts on that amp pushing a 15" dc xl tfs?

Do you own a corvette if nt why even consider the trade... Ur losing out.. What if you never move the rims...

he wouldnt be the first to say they did a 167 with a system like that (one that clearly DOESNT), but i have to say, he didnt beat me anywhere, ive never competed against the guy. If he thinks his does a 167, mine would probably put him in a coma. :hairtrick:

id say rims, just my guess, and youll be good with that 2200 on the xl, would take more power though

Legal TL scores145.6 on the dash sealed up in the low 40hz area with the port out145.5 on the dash sealed up @30hz with the port inless then 1k clamped on a 3.5k!

Why would you EVER WANT flex?
huh?...flex is what can make the lows lower and more air being pushed correct?

yea my buddy dj had the same set up and it hit pretty hard so ima just go with what he had it on. so you think that sub can handle a bit more power? just the next step up on the amp jumps like 400 bucks

yeah one of the few cars that have the 5x4.75 bolt pattern, sucks looking for wheels with the right offset unless u have 2wd witch is easy to find but the 4wd models are a PITA to get.

Id get them only if i where to lower my truck, even then they are alittle small for my taste. another thing its not a good idea to run 4wd on staggered wheels

easiest place to find them is on craigs list or you can always get replica's but better off getting the real deal for about the same price

heres some vette wheels on a guy on "my friends" list on Cardomain
