That looks like a catastrophic failure of an electrolytic capacitor that blew the fuck out of that casing lol. Usually caused by over voltage or reversed polarity IIRC.

Damn straight!! But how could of that happened??? I used the stock plug...and plug has stock wiring..and the vehicle was off when I tested it...
