XXXs are beast, but like its been said do very well in LARGE enclosures. If you're getting a good price I would grab those XXXs for sure. Are you set on two 18s? What's your plan, or goal? Honestly, I would do four T3 T2000 15s, on two AQ3500s, upgraded to at least a 270amp alternator with two XS power d3100s and an....s1200 under the hood. You are well under your budget to have some room to possibly upgrade other areas or use as a cushion. At the end of the day its all you guy.
