So now I'm working on getting a new mac (apple store or eBay) & wanted to know, which mac is better??: Older mac [not unibody] Processor Speed (per Core): 2.16 GHz Processor Configuration: Dual Core Processor Type: Core 2 Duo Or Newer mac [unibody] Processor Speed (per Core): 2.66 GHz Processor Configuration: Quad Core Processor Type: Core i7 I like the older one(what was stole) with ports on both sides... Video out, internet, FireWire 800, FireWire 400, USB on one side & power, USB, audio in & out on the other... If I start doing videos & using video out put I hear this style of mac is better. Two, always buy Apple referbs when you can. They look like brand-new and have the same warranty. Also if you know someone that works for a school or is in school they qualify for an additional discount. The one I had I got brand new never touched a week after it droped. Yall know about the video card & the video out put, is that one small port better/saver then the one old school computer bolt down port???
