From my dealings with him and Ana, if you do not hear from them, they still get the job done and I noticed I get invoiced usually right when the sub is done... so even if money is not taken out of the account, that does not mean your order has been lost... If Ana said it will ship today, then it will ship today... Keep in mind that might mean that they get it ready and print the label today and UPS/Fedex may have picked up already for that day, so it may not actually go out till the next day. I have NEVER had Rusty or Ana tell me something that was not true... I would rather have him keep quiet and work on my subs rather than sit there and answer my emails and messages... (A little less yacking and a lil more woofer assembling please...) LOL! I know it may be frustrating, but... they get the job done!
