Robert8252 Posted March 3, 2011 Report Share Posted March 3, 2011 (edited) Your cut sheet looks right. The only thing the port length is actually about 27.25. The actual port length is the length of the port straight down the center of the port and in the corner the L shape gains a little more length in port rather then just the outside. So the first port piece is right 14.75x13.5. Make the second one about 13"x13.5. And if you want a little support which would be good. Use a couple 1" wooden dowels. One front to back in between the subs. One bottom to top in the center. Should help and be stable.
