Replaced the amp ground as well as the battery to chassis ground today since the weather broke and I got some sunlight. I also ordered a Yellow top Uptima yesterday but I have to wait for it to come in. I will be posting new pictures later tonight when they finish uploading and I also have a couple of new videos to upload, but this slow internet connection I have is holding me back at the moment.

A picture of the amp since it is old, kicks, and still amazes me since the company stopped production nearly ten years ago

It looks like a mess in this photo, but I all my photos after this one got corrupted somehow. All the wires you see in the bottom left of the pic were wrapped up, bound, and tucked under the carpet so that all you can see is where they come out next to the grounds. The power cables seen on the right side were tied together and also tucked under the carpet with the exception of the cap power wire. That one was run between the subs and along the back side of the amp and then under the carpet.

Welcome and I miss my maliboom. Had a maroon one. And I took the spare tire out and built a box in there and is sounded ok. But nothing compared to my stuff today. So as time passes u will want more and more. Lol.

Keep the updates coming. A question: How did you remove the little cushion inserts on either side of the backseat? Was curious about them.

Do you mean the black "V" clip that holds the bottom down? Those just pop out with a little coercion :). Tell me which photo you see the piece missing on and I will let you know, I have taken that thing out more times than I've wanted to and may do it again if I can get a fold down replacement cheap enough.

The cushions that fill in the gaps on either side of the seat back. Those were the ones I was curious about.

I was going to post just a little video here of the capacitor holding solid after I got everything put back together before I had put the battery in, but I can't seem to figure out how to embed a youtube video in. Here's the link until I figure out how to fix it.
