im gonna be upgrading my alpine amp to an audioque 2200d running 2 type r's at 2 ohms, will be upgrading to 0awg and will be buying a Kinetik HC2400. will that be enough to power this amp or will i also have to do the big 3. car has 120 amp alt. in it stock and i dont wanna get a new one. also, where is the best place to buy 0awg wire? any idea what i should get if running .5ohms instead?

You can buy wire from knukonceptz. There prices are great and good quality for wire. As far as electrical goes, I would do the big 3. You still may need a alternator, but at least do the big 3 and the upgraded battery. For running .5ohm, i would suggest a h.o. altenator . Not sure if those type R's are gonna be able to handle that much power at .5 ohm ( 3k rms from what audioque told me this morning)
