But don't let the replica scare you away, I was VERY impressed with the sound quality. My roommate has the authentic "frends" earbuds that he purchased recently, tried these out and ending up buying a pair and retired his "frends" earbuds already. Oh ok, just a random manufacturer, but I assume its not hard to get your hands on parts that are used to make the real thing when they're manufactured in your country.
