The first build we did for the ridgeline we mounted the plexi on the outside so it would flush. Just a thought it's probably to late for though. Then just bolt the plexi to the inner lip. Anther small update prob could've done with out the double baffle but I didn't want any flex and these little guys surround are touching when Theyr in, so I figured nor much wood..
