mr.p Posted March 27, 2011 Report Share Posted March 27, 2011 (edited) 2 door explorer and 4 dr are damn near completely different vehicles. the 01+ "sport" 2 door shares dash and door panels with the 2000 - earlier 4 door's. Engine and trans are the same also but things are moved around a touch. The later model 4 door explorers are HUGE! in comparison to the sport 2 doors.
