RCA might have to wait until i get more install accessories, then do all at once. Then decided to put the decal on the box. Terminals? Cut the wires waiting to be wired up to the terminals What's left is the brace... Have nothing to cut it at this moment. My saw is on loan so thats it for now. cjvue Posted November 8, 2011 Author Report Posted November 8, 2011 Got a few updates.. Got the 8" port and did some testing. Here is the box sitt'n in the trunk. New toy... Spl lab meter Testing the hifonics @ 0.5 ohm And breaking it in After two weeks, the score i pulled at 31.5hz tuning 35-36 tuning One more click at the HU Swap out the hifonics to ap3k @2ohm Change out the 6" to the 8" port.. I went 0.35 db down cuz of drop in peak. With the 8" port, the box is tune to 35-36hz but peak at 36hz.... It really got me scratching my head as i was expecting the peak to be right or near at my car resonance frequency of 44hz. Could be that my battery is really low.
