My amp is a hifonics bxi2010d and its 2000w rms at 1ohm....now i have 3 rf p2 15" 4ohm subs wired to 2.67 ohms...my question is if the amp can handle the fourth sub and i would wire it to 1 ohm to get that 2k watt rms....but the subs are 250w rms and 500w peak...also i cant get the fourth sub for $120 and the new box for $300...please help

If you put that 400 with the other 300 you said you would spend you could get a pair of SA12s and power them off that amp and they would love it you could build a box to spec tuned to 32-35 hz would sound great you wold have plenty of money left over too I think the SA12s go for less than 200 easy

well with 4 Dual 4 ohm subs you cant get a 1 ohm load

only 2 ohm or .5 ohm and since i dont know your electrical i dont recomend anything below 1 ohm

and getting "way more bass" is all in the install/box

theres people here that can help you design a good box for a 18" BTL

i wouldnt add a fourth sub

zayres29 made a good suggestion also

but what do YOU wanna do?
