TheyDontWantMusic Posted April 11, 2011 Report Share Posted April 11, 2011 a lot of cars use small solenoid valves with vacuum lines connected to the intake manifold, so when the A/C, or power steering put a load on the engine they open the valve to keep the idle constant. you could easily add an irrigation style valve with an air filter on the inlet to the manifold and have a switch to power the solenoid Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
