pauleqer Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 currently i have a rf p4504 powering the speakers. front- rf hpc 2-way in the doors and punch tweets. rear- rf hpc 3-way 6x9's. rear is loud as heck but the front is lacking. i had the fnx comp speakers in the doors but switched to the 2-ways and got better. then added the amp instead of running off the HU, got better but still is lacking. i want to get a t4004 so it will match my t10001bd. so something that will be LOUD and sound really good off that. is mb quart still good now that maxxsonics owns them? any reccomendations appreciated. i like rf, hows there power series? ps. gonna be gettin 2 12 fi ssd's soon. price range prolly $300 or less maybe. thanks
01xtreme Posted September 27, 2007 Report Posted September 27, 2007 I haven't heard many bad things about MB quart. You could always try a set of CDT components. I have heard some good things about these. My System: Pioneer AVH-P3200BT 4-Dayton 7 inch reference series (front doors) 8-Onkyo 3/4 inch tweeters (dash) 1-Sundown Audio 100.4D (mids/highs) 2-18" BTL's (for now) Crescendo 3kwp (for sale) Complete rebuild coming soon...
