ionsmartparts Posted April 20, 2011 Report Share Posted April 20, 2011 hey im planning on getting 2 12in bl with 3in d1 coil and hooking them up to a aq2200.d wired to 1ohm. could these handle 1100w daily? or could i even get like a 2500w amp and give these 1250w each. Just wondering how far i can push these safely. In Frankenstein I am currently running 2 BL 18's and they each have an AQ2200D to them at 1 ohm and they get a lil warm after a couple songs... but I am tuned to 28hz with them and drive them hard... so yes, they would both handle one aq2200 with no problem!
