Clean install. That sucks about the hood. People around here will try to get out of everything. You should report it to the insurance, and let them deal with it. Jerrys Stereo tried the same crap with me. I was getting metered there and part of their light fixture fell and hit my car, over $850 in damages. I reported it to my insurance, and when I started putting negative reviews on stuff like google, the people from Jerrys didn't like it and they fixed my car.
