jreese92
I've done some research over AudioTechnix sound dampening and i think it would be a good investment since i can't afford second skin and probably never will. Am I making a good decision (since i'm not getting second skin)? Do you apply it the same way as damplifier? blownengine
I have heard good things about it. You apply it like any sound deadener. OrionStang
UPS just dropped a roll to me not even 10 minutes ago. Looks decent for the price. I'm installing it later this week, i'll report on it then. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
hdorre
Coleman Thedinger is a cool guy. I doubt he'd cheat you out of your money. Im actually pondering whether to get this or SS Damplifier. It should be applied the same way as Dampifier Quote On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread

OrionStang
I got 8 0 pounds of SS Damp Pro in my trunk. SS is definitely heavier and thicker, but this Audio Technix stuff looks perfect for doors and stuff, which is what i'm using it for. Price wise, can't beat it and it's 10% off until Wednesday. jreese92
since it's thinner, would it be a good idea to double layer it? OrionStang
Couldn't tell you until I actually test it. For a trunk system, I would say yes. Quote SMD Super Seller My Feedback Thread
JZeFF
i was just recommended this stuff yesterday in chat. http://www.zillamat.com/ Just as thick as SS damn pro. Supposedly it is OEM Dynamat extreme. Cheap as shit! For 200 bucks you could double/triple layer the areas you are concerned about.
