David
I take it that getting this car to 145+ db's is no easy task Its extremly hard to get louder than a 145 in this car, it just flex's way to much, if you watch closely in my video the rear window moves about an 1.5" easily, in that video I only have 1200 watts rms. can it be done? absolutely, but its gonna be a ton of work and you will need a ton of power, and a ton of money, tune the box in the upper 30's, like 39 hzish the 2-15 settup was tuned to 32hz. How high did you hit with the Soundstreams, what kind of amp were you using.

stratusrt01
Did a 142.2 with a pair of 10's on 1500 watts in a '01 Stang. Subs rear, port side. The key seems to be a smaller box that will allow the airflow around it and into the cabin, instead of trying to put big subs in it, unless you go the route David did. We haven't had good luck with 12's in the trunk of those generation Mustangs at all. 10's seem to be the way to go.
