when tweeters make a sound like there is someone riping paper does that mean it's blown?

why is that tho i just put the in like yesterday...I didnt run them on an amp i just wired them to my car radio witch had the wires already installed but it didnt have the tweeters so i went and pu some

you wired the tweeters directly to the speaker leads off the headunit??

makos if you did this then you blew the tweeters. you have to wire them to the crossover just like you do with the mid bass speaker.

i havent wired the speakers to the crossovers or the tweeters i just connected them with the speaker wire that wasalready instaled in my car.

i have the RF T1T-S. now how do i fix them if i have blown them.

You fix them by buying new ones.

There is no way to fix it.

Next time do not forget to use the crossover.

Only time where you don't have to use crossovers if you use a amp that has built in crossovers that you have to set manually.

Thinking is the root of all problems...

You ALWAYS get what you pay for.
