77-AUDIO Posted May 2, 2011 Report Share Posted May 2, 2011 (edited) As everyone knows I have 4 - 8" dc level 2 DC Subs. and at the current moment I am still ranked second in the Texas in SB1. I added some 5/8" all-thread to my box from the front to the back to help keep the back from flexing. Guess it helped, cause I went from a 141.4 to a 141.9. thanking about getting my hands on a TL and adding 2 4" ports that protrude from the front of the box so I can increase my port area. maybe tune my box to a little closer to 44 htz. I will post up my box dims if anyone wants to know and voice their input on how much it might help or if it will help any. if it don't I will just plug the holes up and try something else. but regardless the new ports will be removable for daily driving unless the port length is short enough for me to put my seats up when I have the kids in the car. I think we are going to get it rebuilt, hopefully under warranty!
