Box professionally built by the local guy who makes killer boxes for a bunch of people in this area from FloridaSPL.com. With that much power on them won't be too crazy on the gain knob cuz it'll probably cause instant hearing damage. This setup will be in my 2004 Civic. 1.7 cubes per sub. Port firing into the cabin of the car sealed off from the trunk. Quote www.youtube.com/Loudizzzzle

__d_a_v_i_d__
Ummm no. I didnt say they are 'rated' for 1500. Said they are 2krms.... That are underrated .. My XL had almost the same size motor as my t.2000 . Just that it was triple stack an my t3 is 2 big stacks... So dc is underrated FTW ! Lou DIzzzzle
So if I wanted to do 4 lvl 5 10's you all are saying I would be better off going with two BC5500's instad of 4 BC3500's? Or would that still be too much power for them? Thanks for the tips. I'm not a rookie but I know there are more experienced people out there than me. Since When does magnet size have anything tondo with the power a sub can take? They're not "2000 rms" they are 1500 Rms. dwright27
Lou I would use 2 3500s. Then after you get more comfortable maybe start adding more power. hdorre
Did you read Dustins response? If the box was too big for 3500wrms, why would you add 8000wrms? The bigger the box, the less power the sub will take.
