captainhook426
Anyone know how much a 1998 ford f150 stock alt puts out? I stuck it on a vat40 but I topped out the gauge. So I know it'll put out more than 100 amps. Anyone have tool or a way to get true output? Next time she tries to punch you in the stomach, whip your wiener out and chase her around. Low voltage doesn't blow amps. That's a myth. A router that does the sub holes makes rounded edges also?
blownengine
DC Clamp Meter Damn beat me to it. But just clamp it on the positive line coming from the alternator to the battery and it will tell you how many amps your alt is putting out. Have a friend rev to engine too to see your output when the engine speeds up. 2003 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT (Yea its got a Hemi)Alpine CDA-105KnuKonceptz 0ga CCA Big 3 with Yellow Top 15" SoundQubed HDC3DC Audio 1.2K (Bass)Pioneer 6x9's (Front)Pioneer 6.5's (Rear)Kicker 3.5's (Dash)Sony amp on the highs.
