Powering "Custom" 3-Way

Recommended Posts

why not make a cross over for them that way you would only need one 2chanel amp

I picked up an MTX Sw1212 powered subwoofer today. This thing sounds amazing. 130 watts, 12" woofer with a passive 12" woofer tuned to 27 hz. Moving the pictures on the walls and my girl got wet from the bass when i showed her haha. Tonight should be good haha.

www.parts-express.com has info and tutorials iirc on how to make a crossover, as well as all the parts you would need to make said crossover.

Its pretty simple to do, but maybe challenging for a beginner, but if you figure it out and get it to work you will have a sense of gratification knowing you built them! ;)
