988216855
i wanted to get two 12" dc level 4 and power them off of 2k for now and later upgrade to aq 2200 or something similar. what do you guys think would sound louder off 2k. i was thinking the level 4's. or 3 level 3 12's. if i have space maybe 4 8's. my max dimensions are height 13.5 width 40 depth 27. which dc woofers would you guys recommend off 2k that would fit with these dimensions. 94retta(219)
Well first off if you had a dc 2k then went to aq2200 it would be more like down gradeing. But it isnt going to be louder with the same power. Unless you went to like a lvl 6 that barly moved off that power. But you cant even get anything dc right now. corey0928
You won't see any real difference by switching out the two amps. Do 2 level 4s off that amp

cjvue
like corey said, 2 lvl4s would be good match off 2k watt rms. depends on what 2k rms amp going to aq2200 isn't really consider an upgrade. you won't notice difference with 200watts at that power level.
