Reviving dead batts!? Updated info in last post

Well stupid ass me bought bunk ass batts and the owner won't own up to it. I put the kinetik on trickle charge and it just flashes back and forth, i put it on the big charger which is 40 amps ant it wont take one amp of charge, floats around 11 volts but when load tested goes way below 10...

2a for over 14 hours, and it just did the same thing. Flickered back and forth from charging to charged fast the entire 14+ hours. Thats with the kinetik hc2400

I have 4 others i need to charge but if I can't get this kinetik to charge its worthless to me to even keep the little batteries, I just want my money back at this point.

$500 bones for all the batts. just recieved a text that said "i don't know what to tell you bro". This is about to get ugly.
