just started my box design

That's 15 cubes net with 192 square inches of port. Net volume seems fine, but I think it needs MOAR PORT. I'd try for about 250-300 square inches.

That last design is an old one of mine, trying to fit everything into his space restrictions. I can tell you right now that it is not 15ft^3 after displacements, as it is 16.22ft^2 before sub and port displacement...more like 13ft^3 net. The original 50"x16"x40" that he posted in the OP gave him just a hair over 15ft^3 before displacements, which is too small.

When I crunched all of the numbers it came out to 15 cubes net, but maybe I got something wrong. If those are his max dimensions, then I understand the issue.
