audiofanaticz
Here they are! Some came out blurry for some odd reason, I didnt notice it right away otherwise I would of tried to take a clearer pic. Camera lense had a bit of saw dust on it from time to time also. My buddy in my trunk finishing up the little sound deading (protecto wrap ftw) altho the only stuff I could find was white, oh well wont be seen with the box covering it. We used about 1 and a half 4'by8' sheets of 3/4 mdf.. Just holding it together for a general idea of its size. Port spacing. Cutting the circle DD FTW! Test fit. Test fit with double baffle. gluing and screwing the baffles. Port cut outs. Test fit. Cutting the ports. We flipped the saw blade around so that it would cut the plastic smoother and the masking tape also helped with melting the plastic and giving the ports a clean edge
audiofanaticz
Cut to lenth (tuned at 40 hz). Duct tapped for the time being to make sure the tuning is where I want it before gluing them together permenatly. Screwed into place. This is how a real sub gets "screwed" in.... Another couple pics of sub and ports mounted to their final resting spot.
audiofanaticz
Now the building of the box inside the trunk.. L brackets ftw!! Wires extensions from the direct connect coils on the DD to the bolts on the panel with the ports. A lil resin. Wires connected to the back panel. Everything hooked up. Just thrown in for now but it tis working :)
