box build is pretty much done. I may end up opening the back panel next weekend to 45 the corners. I have a 12 foot 4" by 4" timber chilling and waiting. We didnt feel like doing it today it can always be added :)

Pics are comming. hosting them now.

welll.... get on it.. i am about to go to bed.. it is 2:30a... i wanna see some pics.. damnit :)

Here they are! Some came out blurry for some odd reason, I didnt notice it right away otherwise I would of tried to take a clearer pic. Camera lense had a bit of saw dust on it from time to time also.

My buddy in my trunk finishing up the little sound deading (protecto wrap ftw) altho the only stuff I could find was white, oh well wont be seen with the box covering it.

We flipped the saw blade around so that it would cut the plastic smoother and the masking tape also helped with melting the plastic and giving the ports a clean edge :)

Cut to lenth (tuned at 40 hz). Duct tapped for the time being to make sure the tuning is where I want it before gluing them together permenatly.

that setup looks great. you must not love your car! lol

lol dale, actully I love my car thats why the sub is only seeing 1000wrms :) give it time and that number will be tripled, and then with more time that new number will be doubled.

Nah, I havent really cranked it up too much yet. From the lil bit I did it sounded pretty loud for 1 sub in a trunk and a under powered sub. :)
