SPLadd1ct Posted May 25, 2011 Report Posted May 25, 2011 When planning to purchase an IA Warden 15", I was told by many people, some from SMD, some from other forums, that Incriminator Audio had, lackluster and shady customer service. I have yet to ever experience anything like that from them. I recently popped off the dustcap from my Warden and the dustcap also cracked. I called up Incriminator Audio, no answer and I did not leave a message. About an hour later the secretary, Trisha (very wonderful and polite I might add) called me back asking my concern. She then got me on the phone with Nick and he sent me out their newest version of their dustcap free of charge. I should be receiving it soon, Incriminator Audio FTW!
