So i was at the show and hit a 144.9 on the dash. I did realize I was way under powered. that is why I am looking for help now need suggestions I am going to get a HO altonater this week it is 250 amps. I only have the one battery in the back and looking to put it in the front. What kind of batteries can I get looking for somthing good but not trying to blow the bank. HELP!!! (My signature tells about my system)

Ur subs are 1500rms a piece after impedence rise ur probably are underpowering them some but even if u double ur powered don't expect to gain much a few dbs at most

I heard it's better when all your batteries are the same. I could only fit a kinetik 1400 under my hood so the other two in the trunk are 1400 too. Actually, every manual for anything electronic recommends NOT mixing batteries, don't know the reason though

Not really sure about a budget I would like to be around $400 but I am not sure what I need

I really don't think the amp is pushing at full power I just want it to run at optimal performace the guys who built the box said I should be in the 150s If I can get what I need to the subs and I hit a 144.9 @ the last show. I have a friend who has A kenetik 3800 and a stinger 2100 it doesn't seem to matter what they are as long as it is works lol

Ur hitting a 145 now upgrading ur power alone isn't going to get u a 150 145 is still really far from a 150 add sound deadner add more batts get a ho alt get ur electrical up to par first. Whats ur box tuned to?

they need to be the same type, not all the same, like 1 1400 up front and you can toss 4 3800s in the back and be fine, as long as they are the same type of battery...

lead acid, AGM and that sorts... just dont mix those
