if you look through some of the pics, you can see one d3400 hiding on the driver side in the trunk next to the box.

currently have it an a yellow top upfront, but the yellowtop might be coming out this weekend and the d3400 going in its place, with the trunk spot being occupied by 2 d925s ;)

edit: searching for your log now, interested in seeing some ideas

I'd hit that so fucking hard whoever pulled me out would be King of England.

Lol... looks like we were on the same page. Car-B-Ques suck.

ya, tires and paint burning make the marshmallows taste funny.

1/2 sanded ply for the false floor, 3/4" birch for the box. the spare tire well cover I made sits in nice and tight, then the false floor is laid on top of that and fits very snug into the contours of the trunk, which is then screwed into the spare tire cover. doesn't move one bit. Especially with the box screwed down into it.

sucked building the box inside too. but its pretty solid now

building box in trunk was a FML.. pain in the ass, thats for sure, but we got 'er done. Jeff was a big help on that and has been on the whole process.

Need to meet up when you get this done. I'm 5miles east of downtown Indy. I'll be reconing my xl in about a week or two so would like to see a similar setup and see how it does. Plus I know yours should do pretty good in a smaller cabin space.
