T3FREAK Posted June 2, 2011 Report Share Posted June 2, 2011 hooker audio has some of the most economically priced deadener i have found.. no it isnt labeled like all the pretty ones but it works.. butile rubber is butile rubber.. went from dynamat in the last vehicle to hooker and ballistic in this one and cant see or sensor a difference.. although i would like to try some of the new second skin.. Some have fillers added to them (there are a lot of reasons for doing this). I can seriously say I haven't ran across or used any of Hooker's material, so I can't comment on it. It always will be brought up cuz of someone new to the game with a small budget seeing it as a $$ saver!! All I have to say is save the headache an do it right the first time you don't have to get the most expensive but get something worth the time you gonna take to put it in an worth your hard earned $$.
