Imo, I would do 3 4" aeros for the 2 sa12's. That comes up to being about 38sqin of port and if you are doing 2 cubes per woofer it is 9.5sqin of port per cuft. Imo 2 cubes is too much per woofer especially with a 3500d on the pair. I'd do something more like 1.5-1.7 per sub which would look more like this with 3 4" aeros: 3 cubes total= 12.66sqin per cube or 3.4 cubes total= 11.17sqin of port

This is perfect.

~10 sq inch per cube w/ aeros, ~ 15 sq inch per cube with slot port.

I did exactly this, (3) 4" aero's 12" length total with flares, box is 4cuft after all displacement and has no problem getting low.

Numbers wise? 146.2 IIRC, mid to high 145s on music, all sealed

I believe 2 4" aeros is the same as a single 6" So whatever works better.. Id take a single 6" tho so prevents any sub from being closer to the port..

if u do a single 6",how long should it be.

depends on the rest of the box, the length only changes tuning.
