iKidwell Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 Ok, I drive a 2000 Explorer Sport, there's not a spot for a tweeter location as the car comes factory with coaxials , i'm not wanting to glass at all really, just wondering if there's any spot i can mount some tweets with little to no glassing/mods. c'mon now, if i was shooting an 8 year old, it wouldnt be MY 8 year old. i recently got a Pyle PL1590BL and i was building an enclosure for it tuned to 25 hz. i didn't have any tools to cut a circle so i hit it with a big hammer. 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan Build in Progress

ChampN252 Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 I went to a shop and had mine put in the dashboard flush mounted with the black plastic piece that run across the front. The is one of your best options. You could also mount them on the pillar like my buddy has his. Or the doors like these guys are saying. Robert8252 Posted June 2, 2011 Report Posted June 2, 2011 Assuming it's anything like my brothers Ranger (explorer panel are a little different but similar) there isn't a good spot. You'll have to just cut a hole to mount them in the panel. Don't get in no hurry and stick them just anywhere ... low and angled, etc ...
