I know, but I'm thinking I'll probably need 4 sheets of birch to get it right, instead of two sheets of mdf( I already have two from previous builds)

Yeah, good point mate :D I'll see how my next paycheck is. I started on my A-pillars but I need to order my speakers so I can finish up.

Nah, not yet. I was talking to Dustin last night on Xbl and I told him I wasnt sure if I wanted to leave all my trim panels out in the back of my truck or not. I get my max dimensions from all the panels off. If I put them on, I lose about 6" of width, so my max dimensions would change to 53w x 29 high x 20d.
