I guess I will have to buy a new fuse block in order to get a 150amp fuse. ANL fuses work correct?

Since reading obviously isn't a strong suit of yours... sure 150 amp fuses will work but why stop there? A 200-250 might get the wire hot enough to melt the sheath and then you won't have to worry about your car or blowing fuses anymore.

I have the same amp and have the amp manual in my hand as im typing this. It recommends a 200amp fuse and yes ANL type fuses will work and thats what i use. Reading is fundamental bro.

Edit- You need two fuseholders and two 200 amp fuses. 1 within 12" of front batt and one within 12" of Amp.

ok... some important info is being left out or communicated poorly here. 4awg should NOT get a 200amp fuse. i wouldnt go over 100amps. 125amps if you know you have good OFC wire. now that amp can draw something like 150-200 amps so you can burn up that 4awg wire. and that can burn your car down, no joke.

so like the others said. you need 0awg wire and a 250amp fuse. im guessing you will probably buy cheap wire so i wouldnt go up to 300amps.

Try reading this one. There's a lot more to it than fuse size.

Tell me...does this smell like chloroform to you?

Try reading this one........I understand. I will be replacing my wire eventually with 0/1 gauge.

LOL. So you're still planning on running a 150 amp fuse on your 4 gauge until you can save up the money...

I'm done. Good luck.
