RooTxBeeR
K right now I have none of this, but I was just wondering because when my build is done, I am going to be running a T500.1bdCP with a T600-4. I am going to get my amps from audiosavings.com because they are the cheapest compared to other online stores. For the T500, its $284.99, but for $5 more you get a Cadence Wk41 Complete 4 Gauge Wire Kit With Rca Cables. I did look up the chart on the sticky, but the T500 is class DB and the T600 is class AB. I was wondering if this wireing kit would be able to handle both those amps or not, ecause for $5 for a 4awg wireing kit you can't go wrong. Louisiana Bass
4 gauge can handle up to about 1500 watts, so if your worried about the wire being too small, you should be safe N8. No homo...unless you want there to be.
RooTxBeeR
K thank you, I jsut dont't want to not get the amp kit version of this amp from that site, then pay over 100 for wire, will save me lots of money. loganberry
is it 1 wiring kit for both amps? or 1 per amp? is its 1 per then it should be alright, if its 1 for both then i would say no...i ran a 2k watt amp on rockford 4 gauge and that wire would get so hot....its better to run bigger wire than you need..it wont hurt you My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk
RXdriver11
A 2k amp should have some 1/0 not 4 awg. Plus if your wire is getting hot thats usualy a sign to go larger. RooTxBeeR
I am only going to have 1100 watts, and no the 4 awg kit only comes with the T500, but I was going to get a distributor and a little bit more of 4 awg so I can run 2 splits off of it.
