Forevrbumpn Posted October 11, 2007 Report Posted October 11, 2007 roundover router bit, atleast a 5/8s or up to a 3/4" add a second mdf ring on the outside, counter sink the port in to the mdf, use the mdf ring on the outside, use a following bit to get the inside cut matched up, and then proceed to round over, should do the inside as well.... I REALLY gotta take pics of doing this myself Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
