the truck isnt an extended cab.

the box is going in-between the seats.

Box I posted goes behind seats, not in an extended cab.

Any time you have have a power wire next to your frame put some rubber hosing (or cut up an innertube) around it. The wire is bound to wiggle (due to driving or flex) and the casing will eventually wear through.

yeah, i know. i just think carpeted truck boxes like that are kind of bland and boring. i want something different. and i dont know if ill have eough space to mount the subs if i put them behind the seat. im a little bigger than the average guy, so i have the seat back more than most, and there's hardly any room as it is.

So are you going to buckets or not? Truck box with subs "clammed" in the center means you can put yout seat back as far as you want..

Behind the seats in these trucks really isn't too bad, as long as you have all your drivers on the passenger side. (passengers will eat the dash a bit, but you shouldn't)

Then again, I'm not a big guy myself. lol
